Went to Soaring Eagle Casino recently and stay at the Hotel.Went into the casino gamble My Girlfriend drop her wallet pick it up.Went to play a slot machine in another part of the casino.Security guard came up to us and said you know why I am here and we said no.He accuse my girlfriend picking another women wallet on the floor.Tribal police was call in to talk to my girlfriend about the incident and said they have my girlfriend on tape picking up a Black Wallet So My girlfriend show the officer that she had only a brown wallet in her purse.We gave the officer both our Driver Lincense them he check them out gave our lincense back to us then then he called back the other officer and said she is clear only had the wallet inside her purse with all her other ID in it. I realize competition in the gaming industry has become more competitive but there taking the wrong approach to compete!! The Diamond club exclusive area is not limited to Diamond club players as there is no validation of players allowed into the Food & Bar area in high stakes. This casino has lost complete sight of being an experience destination and is now only focused on maximizing profits. Also the Diamond club players are no longer treated as status players as benefits have gone way down it just is not worth it to be a Diamond Club Player anymore. It went from hand cut prime rib to frozen appetizers from Sams Club. Also the high stakes complimentary food & bar have been a joke, food quality has gone way down hill. It really is a joke Don't go! I have been regular at this place for over 25 years and have never had a winning year, but in the past I at least felt like I had some control over this because I was able to have some wins.Not anymore. If you are lucky enough to hit a jackpot in high stakes it will most likely be minimum pay. It is not unusual to spin a slot 50 times with minimal if any payouts and i am talking $50.00 per spin it's unbelievable how much they hold!!!.

This casino has gone completely down hill within the last year. I have been a long time Soaring Eagle fan and High stakes Diamond Club Player.
